1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of this website and purchases from MMQ3 TRADING PTE. LTD. (“MMQ3”, “we”). Registered address and UEN: to be confirmed. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and information
Product names, specifications, prices, stock and availability shown on this site are currently published as draft data and may change before an order is confirmed. Product images are original MMQ3 concept renders and may differ from the item supplied. Where a product uses third-party technology or trademarks, those remain the property of their owners; MMQ3 does not claim to manufacture third-party designs.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and payment. While online payment is not enabled, orders are recorded as test orders and are not binding on either party until confirmed by MMQ3 in writing.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars. Tax treatment (including GST) will be stated once confirmed. Payment, when enabled, is processed by a licensed third-party provider; we never store card details.
5. Delivery
See our shipping information. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns, refunds and warranty
See our returns and refunds and warranty information pages. Your statutory rights under Singapore law are not affected.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Intellectual property
The MMQ3 name, logo, site design and original visuals are the property of MMQ3 TRADING PTE. LTD.. Third-party trademarks are acknowledged as belonging to their respective owners.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
