Shipping information

How and when your MMQ3 order reaches you.

Delivery options (Singapore)

Standard delivery (Singapore) — 2–4 working days. $6.90, free for orders above $150.00.
Express delivery (Singapore) — Next working day. $12.90.
Self-collection — Arranged after order confirmation. No charge.

Delivery rates and lead times are draft figures and will be confirmed once courier arrangements are finalised. Delivery timings are estimates from the point of order confirmation and exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Order processing

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. While online payment is being set up, the MMQ3 team will contact you after you place an order to arrange payment and delivery.

Large items

Desktops, workstations and large monitors may be delivered by a dedicated courier. We will contact you to agree a delivery slot.

International delivery

We primarily serve Singapore. International shipping may be available on request; contact us with your location and the products you are interested in for a quote. Import duties and taxes at the destination are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and issues
